The Black Box Control System is the horticultural industry’s first large-scale reliable lighting controller coupled with environmental monitoring and complete data logging. With the Black Box all information can be input via a convenient touch screen and can be accessed anywhere, at any time.

The Black Box standard Master Control Panel (MCP) contains 16 individually controlled rooms/zones with the capability to control up to 3,072 fixtures or lamp circuits (up to 192 lamps/ room or zone).

A color touch screen provides the interface to control the on/off timing of the connected lights as well as the display of the ambient temperature, relative humidity, CO2, and VPD levels in each room/ zone.

The Master Control Panel (MCP) is powered with a 120VAC power supply and communicates with the LPDP (Lighting Power Distribution Panels) via a profinet cable with a R45 connector.

The Black Box Lighting Power Distribution Panels (LPDP) are UL 508 Listed and allow for lamp circuits powered at 120, 240 or 277VAC.

All Lighting Power Distribution Panels have the ability to connect three (3) environmental sensors that accurately measure:

• Relative Humidity
• CO2
• Vapor Pressure Deficit
• One (1) Year Warranty
