Brauer previously served as Barron’s Sales Operations Manager, where his organizational leadership made an immediate impact. In his operational capacity, he will oversee the company's Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Planning, and Technical Support (RMA) departments, driving workflow efficiencies to maximize productivity across the organization.Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, Brauer is responsible for shaping long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals. His focus includes driving continuous process improvement, developing staff capabilities, fostering a culture of disciplined execution, and managing plant and warehouse capacity to exceed sales forecasts.
