Local First Arizona Project Spotlight

Supporting Arizona’s Local Business Community

A Transformation for Local First Arizona

Witness the incredible transformation of Local First Arizona's office space. We are pleased to share a recent project reflecting our ongoing commitment to supporting Arizona’s local business community. At Barron, we contributed to Local First Arizona to strengthen its ability to serve and support local enterprises.

This donation completely transformed Local First Arizona's new office space. The upgraded environment now provides their team with a functional and productivity-optimized workspace, enabling them to better serve Arizona’s diverse business landscape.

Lighting a Path to Joy at Oakwood Creative Care

We partnered with David Hrizak of The Streamline Companies and Sherri Friend of Oakwood Creative Care to illuminate their new 12,000 sq. ft. building in Chandler, AZ. Our team provided comprehensive lighting design and all fixtures for the remodel to support Oakwood’s mission to spark joy for club members living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Key benefits of the new lighting include:

  • • Safety & Visibility: Clear illumination helps members navigate with confidence.
  • • Enhanced Comfort: Warm design promotes a sense of calm and well-being.
  • • Efficiency: Energy-efficient fixtures provide crucial cost savings for the nonprofit.

The result is a bright, uplifting atmosphere that aligns function with compassion, enhancing the quality of life for everyone who walks through the doors.

Filling a Truck Bed, Filling Hearts

Drive Image 1

The success of the Back to School Drive was a testament to our employees’ unwavering dedication to making a meaningful impact. Over a few weeks, our company’s headquarters became a hub of activity as employees dropped off their donations. Conversations buzzed with excitement about what the supplies would mean to the students.

Every package of pencils, every stack of notebooks, and every box of markers represented more than just a contribution; it was a way to show our support for the local community. Seeing the truck bed fill up was a moving visual reminder of what can happen when a group of people comes together with a shared purpose.

A Culture of Service

St. Mary’s Food Bank serves as a critical resource in the fight to end hunger, providing millions of meals annually to adults, children, and seniors. During the holiday season especially, food banks experience higher demand as families face financial strain.

This is why volunteering is so important. It helps bridge the gap between supply and demand, ensuring that food reaches those in need as efficiently as possible. Efforts like sorting, packing, and distributing food may seem straightforward, but they’re vital to sustaining successful programs.

For us, the experience reaffirmed Barron Lighting Group’s commitment to being more than just a business. It’s about embodying our values of community, sustainability, and service in everything we do.
